Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to your details when you ask us for a survey quote. It is written to be read. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.

Who we are
Trusted Surveyors is operated by Incrementally AI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17092213. Our registered address is The Stables, Ambarrow Farm Courtyard, Sandhurst, Berkshire GU47 8JE.
We are responsible for the details you give us through this website. If you have a question about your data, or you want us to delete it, email enquiries@incrementally.io.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we ask you for:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number
- the address of the property
- what you think the property is worth
- the size of the property, as a number of bedrooms or a floor area
- whether the property is a listed building
- which survey you want, and whether you also want a valuation
- how soon you need it
- whether you prefer to be contacted by phone or by email
- anything else you choose to type into the notes box
We ask for nothing else, and we do not buy information about you from anyone.
Why we are allowed to use it
You asked us for a quote. We use your details to prepare that quote, to contact you about it, and to arrange the survey if you decide to go ahead. We also keep a record of enquiries so that we can answer questions about them later.
In data protection terms, our lawful bases are the steps you asked us to take before entering a contract, the performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping proper business records.
Who sees your details
Your details go into our own customer system, and a notification goes to our team chat so that whoever is on duty can pick up your enquiry. Only our team sees these.
We then match you with one surveyor. We pass your details to that surveyor only after you have agreed to go ahead. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to several firms to compete for your business.
Your surveyor is a separate business
The surveyors we work with are independent RICS firms, not our employees. Once your details reach your surveyor, that firm becomes responsible for them as well as us, and it will have its own privacy policy.
Your surveyor also keeps its own copy of your report, usually for several years, because its professional insurance requires it. That is the surveyor’s record rather than ours, and the periods below do not apply to it.
How long we keep it
If you ask for a quote and do not go ahead, we delete your details 12 months after we last heard from you.
If you go ahead with a survey, we keep your details for 24 months after the work is finished.
Where your details are kept
Our customer system keeps your details on servers in the European Union.
The notification our team receives contains your name and what you asked for. The company that provides our team chat is based in the United States, so that notification is handled outside the UK and the European Union, under the protections set out in our contract with them.
Cookies and visitor numbers
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no cookie banner on this site because we do not need one.
We count visits with a tool that uses no cookies and identifies nobody. It tells us how many people looked at a page, not who they were.
Our pages load their fonts from Google. Google therefore receives the internet address of the device you are reading on, as it does for very many websites. We send Google nothing that you type into the form.
We do not send marketing
We have no newsletter and we send no marketing emails. We contact you about the quote you asked for, and nothing else. If this changes, we will ask your permission first.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your details
- stop using them, or limit how we use them
- send you a copy in a form you can take elsewhere
Email enquiries@incrementally.io and we will reply within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this page
If we change what we do with your details, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
