Local, insured and RICS regulated
We are local surveyors and we are fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Along with membership of RICS, our surveyors are also members of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Association for Project Management (APM) so you can be certain that the survey you receive will be of the highest quality and to the highest standard.
Family run, one survey a day
We do 1 survey per day to provide an exceptional service.
We are a family run business. Most of the surveyors work in big corporations where they are overloaded with 3–5 jobs per day which translates into poor reports.
A debrief call after your survey
You get a debrief call after the survey has been completed to translate into layman’s terms.
3 working day turnaround
Our turn-around time is 3 working days from the day the survey is taking place.
Pay when you get the report
You don’t pay anything until after the survey is complete; the payment is due upon releasing the report to you.

RICS Level 2
Level 2 – HomeBuyer Survey
A Level 2 covers the condition of conventional properties, flags urgent defects and anything needing further investigation, with clear condition ratings.
RICS Level 3
Level 3 – Building Survey
A Level 3 is the most thorough inspection. It looks in detail at construction and defects, explains likely causes and sets out repair options.
